Good learning resource for blender, tons of video tutorials. Blender is looking very powerful these days, impressive feature list for something that’s available for free.
Awesome model print service

The folks at www.ownage.com do an amazing job of “printing” and painting custom figures, probably get one of mine done when I make something a bit special. They use toy quality plastic rather than the powdery stuff that most other companies seem to favour.

messing about with the sketch module in c4d, works well on characters.. would be interesting to see a whole scene rendered this way
edit: fiddled about with the layout, going for a comic book feel

a bit of an update on the spider I modelled years ago, went a bid mad with bumpy details… one of the things to learn with zbrush appears to be knowing when to stop!

playing about with zbrush.. not sure whether I prefer this to mudbox or not, bought this a while ago though.. and I’ll be getting version 4 for free because of pixologic awesome upgrade policy, just wish the interface was a bit more familiar 
another program for doing this sort of stuff is 3D Coat.. think I’ll stay away from that one though, the EULA is more than a little strange
